In re Audler, Raymond; Audler, Joann; Plaintiff; Applying for Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Number 90CW-1198; Parish of Orleans Civil District Court Div. “K” Number 88-16767. Granted. Judgment of the court of appeal is reversed. Judgment of the trial court is reinstated. See Jones v. City of Kenner, 338 So.2d 606 (La.1976).
