In re Dieck, Jamie; — Plaintiff(s); applying for writ of certiorari and/or review, supervisory and/or remedial writs; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 90CW-1326; Parish of Orleans, Civil District Court, Div. “A”, No. 89-26050. Granted. The Court of Appeal is reversed and the case is remanded to the Civil District Court for Orleans Parish for further proceedings. MARCUS and LEMMON, JJ., would grant the writ.
