In re Zardes, Mack J.; — Plaintiff(s); applying for writ of mandamus and supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “G”, No. 255-002. The relator represents that the district court has failed to provide a cost estimate for a petition filed by relator in the district court in May, 1989. If relator’s representation is correct, the district court is ordered to provide the cost estimate.
