In re Newton, Jerry; — Plaintiff(s); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of Ouachita, 4th Judicial District Court, Div. “E”, No. 39,552. Granted in part; denied in part. Relator’s sentence on the attempted 2nd degree murder count is amended to delete the restriction placed on parole eligibility. State v. See, 467 So.2d 525 (La.1985). In all other respects, the application is denied.
