In re Brown, Alfred; — Plaintiff(s); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs; *991 Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “E”, No. 339-609. Denied. The Parole Board promptly scheduled a hearing for relator shortly after his October 25, 1990 arrest by the parole officer. There is no support for relator’s claim that he is being held in jail for a prolonged period due to the respondents’ failure to timely perform their legal duties.
