In re State of Louisiana; — Plaintiff(s); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of Lafayette, 15th Judicial District Court, Div. “E”, No. 88CR-55996; to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, No. KW90-0641. Granted. Judgment of the district court is reversed. Rules as amended do not appear to violate due process and are substantially in compliance with the mandates of State v. Simpson, 551 So.2d 1303 (La.1989). Case remanded to the district court for further proceedings.
