In re Findings and Recommendations of the Hearing Committee of the Louisiana *544 State Bar Association, Disciplinary Board No. 91-PDB-039. It is ordered that the respondent’s claim of inability to proceed in disciplinary proceedings due to an incapacity is invalid. That the respondent be transferred to Interim Suspension. That the Office of the Disciplinary Counsel resume disciplinary proceedings against the respondent.
