Prior report: La.App., 577 So.2d 1125 . Granted. Judgment of the court of appeal is reversed. Judgment of the trial court overruling the exceptions is reinstated. Case remanded to the trial court for further proceedings. DENNIS and LEMMON, JJ., would grant the writ.
