In re Compton, Raymond; — Plaintiff(s); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “E”, No. 256-340. The relator represents that the district court has failed to answer or act timely on a motion for resentencing hearing he has filed on or about January 15, 1991. If relator’s representation is correct, the dis *818 trict court is ordered to consider and act on the motion.
