In re Clayton, Darryl; — Plaintiffs); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “J”, No. 280-728. The relator represetns that the district court has failed to act timely on an application for post-conviction relief and supplement filed on or about April 26, 1991. If *1317 relator’s representation is correct, the district court is ordered to consider and act on the application.
