In re Steib, Myles Bradford; — Plaintiffs); applying for petition to take Louisiana State bar examination. Granted. Relator is permitted to take the 1991 July Bar Examination; however, his admission to practice is conditioned not only on passage of the examination but evaluation of his moral character and whether he should be required to complete his probation before admittance.
