In re Badeaux, Timothy Edward; — Plaintiffs); applying for permission to apply to take the Louisiana Bar Exam. Granted. The applicant is permitted to take the July, 1991 Bar Examination. However, his passage of the examination and eligibility for admission shall be contingent upon determination by the Committee on Bar Admissions that he is a person of good moral character.
