LOTTINGER, Judge. This case was consolidated with the case of Camille T. Rawls, wife of Bennett R. Rawls et al. v. J & M Poultry, Inc. *343 D/B/A Baton Rouge Broiler Farms, et al, No. 9136 on appeal. For the reasons this day assigned in case No. 9136, La.App., 273 So.2d 340 , the judgment of the Lower Court is hereby affirmed at appellant’s costs. Judgment affirmed.
