GLADNEY, Judge. This case is a companion suit to Fullilove v. United States Casualty Company of New York, La.App., 120 So.2d 285 . The questions of fact and law involved in the two cases are identical. Accordingly, the judgment from which appealed is affirmed at appellant’s cost.
