CARTER, Judge, concurring. Although I do not agree with some of the reasoning of the majority, I do believe that the result is correct and required by Home Insurance Co. of Illinois v. National Tea Co., 588 So.2d 361 (La.1991), and Soverign Insurance Company v. Texas Pipeline Company, 488 So.2d 982 (La.1986).
