In re Willie Starks, applying for supervisory writs and/or writ of review, Nineteenth Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 6-84-416. WRIT DENIED. Although we are unable to determine the basis of the district court’s ruling, this court follows State v. Covington, 522 So.2d 1168 (La.App. 4th Cir.1988).
