SAUNDERS, Judge. For the reasons assigned in the companion case of Melinda S. White v. John E. Frenkel, III and Mid-South Sports, Inc., et al, 615 So.2d 535 on the docket of this Court, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. Costs of this appeal to be paid by John E. Frenkel, III, Mid-South Sports, Inc., and Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company, defendants and appellants. DECREE AFFIRMED.
