ON APPLICATION FOR REHEARING PER CURIAM. We amend our judgment to delete legal interest because the lower court judg- *893 merit is silent as to interest. Williams v. Williams, 431 So.2d 780 (La.App. 4th Cir.1983). We further amend the judgment to assess all court costs against defendant, Protective Insurance Co., except the cost of appeal which is assessed against the plaintiff, Ronnie T. Vallery. La.C.C.P. art. 2164. AMENDED AND AFFIRMED.
