In re La-Mo Refractory Supply Co.;— Defendant(s); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writ; Parish of Orleans, Civil District Court, Div. “H”, No. 91-15820; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 92CW-1136. Granted. Judgment of the trial court denying La-Mo Refractory Supply Co., Inc.’s exception of procedural capacity is reversed. The exception is sustained. See Nicosia v. Guillory, 322 So.2d 129 (La.1975). Case remanded to the district court for further proceedings.
