In re Vermilion Par. Bus Drivers; Faulk, Jeffrey J., Sr.; — Plaintiff(s); applying for *549 supervisory and/or remedial writs; to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, No. CW92-0717; Parish of Vermilion, 15th Judicial District Court, Div. “B” No. 92-61485. Granted. Judgment of the court of appeal is reversed and the judgment of the trial court is reinstated. Under the circumstances of this case, the trial judge did not abuse his discretion in finding Woodruff is a necessary witness.
