In re Seals, Glen; — Plaintiff(s); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs; *648 Parish of Jefferson, 24th Judicial District Court, Div. “E”, No. 91-4031. Granted in part, denied in part. Relator’s request for a copy of the grand jury indictment returned against him is granted and the district court is ordered to provide relator with the document. Relator’s request for bail is denied.
