In re Bargeman, Joseph; — Plaintiff(s); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writ; Parish of Calcasieu, 14th Judicial District Court, Div. “E”, No. 1377-92. Granted for the sole purpose of transferring the application to the district court for its compliance with this Court’s October 20, 1992 action issued under 605 So.2d 1155 . In addition the district court is ordered to provide this Court with proof of compliance.
