In re Stoufflet, Dewey J.; — Defendant(s); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of Terrebonne, 32nd Judicial District Court, Div. “A”, No. 169,865; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. KW91 2115. Granted. Case remanded to the trial court to determine whether defendant waived his right to appeal. See State v. Counterman, 475 So.2d 336 (La.1985). CALOGERO, C.J., and DENNIS and WATSON, JJ., would grant an out of time appeal and remand for appointment of counsel.
