In re Simmons, Norbert A.; — Plaintiff(s); applying for application for reinstatement. Application for Reinstatement is transferred to the MCLE Committee of the Louisiana State Bar Association. Relator should supplement his petition so as to comply with the Order of Suspension of August 21, 1992 and Supreme Court Rule XXX(6) regarding CLE noncompliance and sanctions.
