| xSHORTESS, Judge, concurring. When a change in the law affects pertinent provisions in a policy, especially in relation to coverage, there is a duty to inform the insured, in my opinion. In this case, since the policy and the coverage finally were brought into harmony, plaintiffs have no complaint. I respectfully concur.
