DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDINGS PER CURIAM. The application for rehearing of Arthur F. Dumaine is denied. Respondent may reapply for reinstatement one year following this court’s decision denying his reinstatement. See La.Sup.Ct.Rule 19, § 241.
