In re Pichon, David; — Plaintiffs); applying for writ of certiorari and/or review to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 92CA-1517; Parish of Orleans, Civil District Court, Div. “I”, No. 90-15299. *537 Granted. Judgment of the court of appeal is reversed. Trial judge was hot clearly wrong. Judgment of the trial court is reinstated. LEMMON and HALL, JJ., would, grant and docket the writ.
