In re Smith, Michael a/k/a; — Defendant(s); applying for writ of certiorari and/or review; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 92KA-1836; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “J”, No. 355-440. Granted in part. Defendant’s sentence is amended to eliminate any restriction on parole . eligibility. See La.Rev.Stat. 40:966(0(1); La.Rev.Stat. 15:529.1 A(3); and G Cf. State v.
