In re Fields, Anthony; — Defendant(s); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “D”, Nos. 222-346, 222-177. The relator represents that the district court has failed to act timely on a motion for production of documents he has filed on or about August 3, 1993.
