In re Smith, Michael a/k/a; Stewart, Andrew; — Defendant(s); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 92KA-1836; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “J”, No. 355-440. Granted in part; denied in part. The defendant’s sentence is amended to eliminate any restriction on parole eligibility. See R.S. 40:966(0(1); R.S. 15:529.1 A(3); R.S. 15:529.1 G; Cf., State v. Cain, 382 So.2d 936 (La.1980). In all other respects, the application is denied. KIMBALL, J., not on panel.
