ORTIQUE, J., concurs for the reasons expressed in 627 So.2d 641 and would add the additional reason that this reconsideration should be denied as “Premature”. However, should applicant show a basis to invoke a constitutional right against self-incrimination, this Court should consider the merits of said right. KIMBALL, J., not on panel.
