In re Wiessenberg, Steven Daniel;— Plaintiff(s); applying for waiver of one year requirement of MPRE Examination. Considering the petition of Steven Daniel Wiessenberg and his scaled score on the MPRE completed on November 15, 1992, it is hereby ordered that the one-year requirement of Sec. 10(C)(3) of Article 14 of the Articles if Incorporated is hereby waived.
