GLADNEY, Judge. This is a companion suit to Simmons v. Pure Oil Co., 124 So.2d 161 , and is controlled by the decision therein. For the reasons stated in that matter, the judgment from which appealed is affirmed at appellant’s cost. BOLIN, J., dissents for reasons expressed in Simmons v. Pure Oil Co., La.App., 167 So.2d 124 .
