LABORDE, Judge. This matter was consolidated with another of the same name decided today bearing docket number 94-297, 644 So.2d 423 . For the reasons stated in that proceeding, the hearing officer’s decision is reversed, and the proceedings remanded for a hearing on the merits. KNOLL, J., concurs in the result.
