Opinion text
In re Skannal, Nena Grace Gould; — Plaintiffs); applying for Writ of certiorari and/or review; to the Court of Appeal, Second Circuit, Nos. 25467-CA, 26030-CA; Parish of Bossier, 26th Judicial District Court, Div. “D”, No. 84,878. Denied. LEMMON, J., concurs in the denial, but disagrees with respondent’s argument (quoted by the court of appeal) that the uncorroborated testimony of one spouse will never constitute a preponderance of the evidence on the issue of fault. DENNIS, J., not on panel.
