In re Young, Johnny J.; — Plaintiff(s); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writ; Parish of East Baton Rouge, 19th Judicial District Court, Div. “F”, No. 12-93-879; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. KW93 2378. Denied. Because the bill of information was filed on December 17, 1993, petitioner is not entitled to the relief he seeks. See, State v. Varmall, 539 So.2d 45 (La.1989). DENNIS, J., not on panel.
