PETERS, Judge. For the reasons stated in the companion case of Diane Arthur v. Zapata Haynie Corporation, et al., 95-956 (La.App. 3 Cir. 1/22/97) ; 690 So.2d 86 , in which a separate decision is being rendered by us this day, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. All *91 costs of this appeal are assessed to the plaintiffs-appellants. AFFIRMED. COOKS, J., dissents.
