In re Williams, Charlie; — Plaintiffs); applying for motion to enforce Action of this Court Dated November 3, 1995; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “E”, No. 279-243. Writ granted. The district court is ordered to comply with this Court’s earlier order, see State ex rel. Williams v. State, 95-2565 (La. 11/3/95), 661 So.2d 1372 within thirty days.
