In re Williams, Jimmy Ray; — Defendants); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of East Baton Rouge, 19th Judicial District Court, Div. “B”, No. 07-94-871; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. KW95 0267. Granted in part. The trial court is ordered to exclude evidence of the Cortana Mall incident. Otherwise, the application is denied.
