AMY, Judge. For the reasons assigned in the case of State v. Jones, 96-1581 (La.App. 3 Cir. *252 6/4/97) ; 696 So.2d 240 , which was consolidated with this ease, the adjudication and sentence of the defendant, Charles R. Jones, as an habitual offender are affirmed. AFFIRMED.
