*40 ON APPLICATION FOR REHEARING JoPER CURIAM. This application for a rehearing was granted for the limited purpose of reviewing this court’s initial decision to affirm the trial court’s award of attorney’s fees. We found that while La.R.S. 22:1220 did not provide authority, La.R.S. 22:658 did. Upon further reflection, however, we find this to be in error and reverse our and the trial court’s ruling as to attorney’s fees. REVERSED.
