AMY, Judge. For the reasons assigned in the case of Lettie Doris Mertens v. Daniel F. Mertens, 96-391 (La.App. 3 Cir. 10/09/96) ; 688 So.2d 1148 , which was consolidated with this case, the trial court’s judgment is reversed in part, affirmed in part and rendered. Costs of this appeal are assessed equally against Doris Mertens and Daniel Mertens. REVERSED IN PART; AFFIRMED IN PART; AND RENDERED.
