In re Waxter, Kenneth; — Plaintiffs); applying for motion to enforce action of this Court dated February 16, 1996; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “E”, No. 273-001. Writ granted. The district court is ordered to comply with this Court’s earlier order, see State ex rel. Waxter v. State, 96-0027 (La. 2/16/96), 667 So.2d 1038 , within thirty days.
