Cole; Defendant; applying for motion to enforce this court’s order dated February 21, 1997; Parish of Orleans Criminal District Court, Div. “A”, No. 368-045; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 95KW-2566. Granted for the sole purpose of transferring the filing to the district court for enforcement of its order of March 3, 1997 in which it granted relator an out-of-time appeal.
