In re Wallace, Lionel; — Plaintiffs); applying for 2nd motion to enforce Action of this Court dated February 22, 1996; Parish of East Baton Rouge, 19th Judicial District Court, No. 1-80-439. Writ granted. The district court is ordered to comply with this Court’s earlier order, see State ex rel. Wallace v. State, 96-0376 (La. 2/22/96), 668 So.2d 354 , within thirty days.
