BOLIN, Judge. This case was consolidated with Number 9664, styled Wilson et al. v. Kelly et al., this day decided by us and reported in 138 So.2d 837 . For the reasons stated therein, the judgment of the lower court is affirmed at appellants’ cost. Affirmed.
