In re GANT, Cornelious; — Plaintiff(s); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of St. Mary, 16th Judicial District Court, Div. “C”, No. 143019; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, Nos. KW97 1679, KW97 1975. Writ granted in part; otherwise denied. The district court is ordered to supply relator with a copy of his guilty plea colloquy transcript. State ex rel. Simmons v.
