AMY, Judge. For the reasons discussed in the consolidated case of State v. Antoine, 98-369 (La.App. 3 Cir. 10/28/98) ; 721 So.2d 562 , the judgment of the lower court granting the motion to suppress is reversed. This matter is remanded for further proceedings on the remaining charge. REVERSED AND REMANDED.
