THIBODEAUX, Judge. For the reasons discussed in the consolidated case of Annie Maye Williams and Henry Tolbert v. Fireman’s Fund Insurance Co., et al., 98-637 (La.App. 3 Cir. 10/7/1998) ; 719 So.2d 739 , the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
