ORDER Considering the Joint Petition for Interim Suspension: IT IS ORDERED that respondent, Spencer W. Kimball, II, attorney at law, be immediately suspended from the practice of law in the State of Louisiana pursuant to Supreme Court Rule XIX, § 19.
